Olympics. Other major events include more than a decade of Cointreau
Balls and the Sydney Children's Hospital Gold Dinners. Tom's
outstanding success at these prestigious appointments led to
catering for Olympic Icons such as the Nike Athlete Centre,
Samsung Rendezvous Centre & the “Welcome to the Worlds Media”
