By day, relax, enjoy a light day time menu & soak up the ambiance of live music on the weekends (2-5pm) or just the tranquil serenity of a lazy day, in the evening, following a lilac sunset, dine under the stars as the restaurant takes on a sophisticated yet relaxed air. The décor with its powder blue tables & white leather chairs & bolts of lush red gladioli's has a suggestion of a refined tropical elegance. Beach Road is open Wednesday through Sunday for brunch, lunch and dinner or just pop in for drinks with friends any time. We cater for weddings and private events & are specialists in casual deluxe.

The multi award winning Beach Road Restaurant has become a land mark institution and is arguably one of the northern beaches finest restaurants. This very special location now boasts the skills of Brenton Hoskins-Murphy as Restaurant Manager & sommelier with his team of skilled wait staff with smiles as smooth as mango daiquiri's. Couple Brenton with Tom Rutherford as head chef who with his wife Edwina have 20 years of 5 star experience. They established the famous Truffle Group catering company and had a strong hand in producing events like the “Cointreau Ball”, “the Louis Vuitton Barefoot and Black tie”, Sydney Children's Hospital Gold Dinner annual parties and catering for the IOC Olympic Club at the 1996 Atlanta games and 1998 Nagano games

You can get to Beach Road by seaplane, car, limo or boat, we can assist with these as well as photographers, cakes, lighting, conference facilities, accommodation, fireworks, musicians, caricaturists and pretty much anything you can think of to make your event memorable. Whether your occasion is a corporate function, group booking or a very special day such as your wedding, we can individually cater for all of your needs. For many years we have been recommending and enjoying the table share menus as one of the most cost effective, no fuss and interruption free ways of dining, you get the entire menu on platters on your tables and your guests will have the opportunity to graze on the delicacies they enjoy most, no ordering, less waiter interruption and more choice makes it the perfect way to enjoy any event

The wine list changes on a regular basis Beach Road will endeavour to ensure that wines pre-selected by you for your function will be available on the day, however, please be advised that we can not guarantee that the wines and vintage selected will be available and are subject to change without prior notice from the vineyard or wine distributor

In order to reserve the entire restaurant we require a minimum spend on food and beverage [this is not a venue hire charge but a minimum spend on food and beverages]..Beach Road is unavailable in January for weddings.

The entire restaurant seats up to 120 guests for lunch [11pm – 4.30pm] or dinner [6.30pm – 12.30am] only
